Marketing communications are only sent to users who explicitly opt-in and give Learn2Earn consent, at the time of creating an account, to contact them for marketing purposes (e.g. special offers, discounts etc).

Learn2Earn have the right to charge a reasonable fee when a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly if the request is repetitive. Learn2Earn may also charge a reasonable fee to comply with requests for further copies of the same information. The fee will be based on the administrative costs of providing the information.
Learn2Earn must provide this information without delay and within one month of the receipt of the request. This period can be extended by a further two months where requests are numerous or complex.
